Anxiety is one of the common causes for diseases and ailments. It is an important source for blood pressure and heart diseases. They arises when expectations are not met are when things are away from expectations to a large extent or when there is a confusion or when there are very happy or sad news. Anxiety is now posturing to be a major problem.
Anxiety can prove to be tremendously hurting in some cases particularly in heart problems. The increasing stress and pressures in the commercial world and the need to meet unworkable demands create lots of anxiety. Students also have lot of troubles due to anxiety and due to the cutthroat environment. Since the the public are becoming too mechanical and speedy anxiety has assumed alarming proportions. Anxiety occupies lots of importance. It can prove to be an impeding factor for development. Similarly unnecessary tension spoils the temper of people and as well as spoils a great environment. Anxiety is destructive to physical condition.
