What Is "Rescue Remedy?"

The mixture is taken as needed and is available as drops for sublingual use, as a spray, or as a cream. Rescue Remedy can also be used to calm household pets.
Although Bach flower essences have been met with great skepticism by conventional medical practitioners, the treatment system has adherents worldwide who swear by the effectiveness of the various substances.
